Janette was born on November 3rd, 1932 in Gonzales County, Texas. She was the daughter of Will and Lula (Rhodes) Kelley. She had a zest for life and had many lifelong friendships. Janette was loved by her family and friends, she took particular joy in her granddaughters. She will be greatly missed.

Janette is survived by her daughter, Georgia Lynn Stengele and husband James Stengele, son Bradford Lee Parrott, four granddaughters, and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband John J. Parrott.

To his delight, his 6 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
